'Grey's Anatomy': Kate Walsh teases alternate universe episode

Kate Walsh has revealed further details of Grey's Anatomy's upcoming
alternate universe episode.

The instalment imagines what would have happened if Meredith's mother Ellis
(Kate Burton) had never died and will see Walsh reprising her role as Addison.

"The whole concept is really cool," Walsh told TV Guide. "A Sliding Doors
kind of thing. It's interesting to see all of the characters turned upside
down a little."

Walsh explained that the relationship between Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and
Derek (Patrick Dempsey) will be completely different, saying: "Ellis is alive
and well and has changed everything. She has a different relationship with
her daughter, which makes Meredith a different person - not the kind of woman
who would continue on with someone who's married."

However, Walsh explained that Addison's relationship with Derek in the
alternate universe is not as perfect as it seems.

"[Viewers] will see what's really transpiring," she hinted. "There may or may
not be a baby on the way."

Grey's Anatomy returns with a new episode on Thursday at 9/8c on ABC, while
the alternate universe episode is due to air on February 2.


由於 Mere 媽健康的活著
使得 Mere 在個性上就不會是現在大家看到的那樣
她不再是個即使對方已經有家室還會繼續愛下去的人

（光是這兩點就可以大玩特玩　
想必應該是不會加入 Twisted Sisters 的行列
然後應該還是有跟 Derek 發生關係 只是這次會知道什麼時候該停止）

至於 Derek & Addie 雖然在一起但婚姻其實也不是幸福快樂的日子
（也是啦～畢竟跟 Mark 那段還是在）
會不會出現兩人的小孩就敬請期待

本集預計在 2/2 播出


另外就是 Kate 提到這次的概念有點像 Sliding Doors (雙面情人) 那樣
其實我也沒看過所以就去 google 了一下
該片是由 Gwyneth Paltrow 主演
描述一名女子因為某個時間點的選擇不同而開啟了兩段平行的人生
雖然這兩段人生發生的事情不盡相同
但是!!
在兩段人生的最後又巧妙的走向了相同的結局
不知道 Kate 的話語間是否有在暗示本集也會像這樣最後還是導向 MerDer 戀
如果有的話
其實也是賦予 "MerDer 命中注定在一起" 一層更深遠的味道了

默默有點期待 :)
