Weapon Proficiency
武器熟練
This skill improves ranged ground weapon damage. This skill only
improves the damage of ranged weapons and does not improve any
secondary effect. This skill does not improve melee ground weapons, or
unarmed combat.
這項技能強化遠程武器傷害. 這項技能只會提升遠程武器的傷害而並不提升次要
效果. 這項技能不提升任何近戰武器或徒手戰鬥.

This skill improves damage with all ground weapons and melee attacks.
Ranged weapon, melee weapon and all unarmed combat all improved. This
skill also improves your Critical Chance and Critical Damage with all
attacks. This skill stacks with the Weapon Proficiency skill.

This skill improves the Shield Hit Points of ground shields. The more
points in this skill, the more damage your ground shield can take.

This skill improves all self buffing Tactical abilities, including
Power Cell Devices. Only Buffs that directly target yourself are
improved with this skill.

Threat Control
威脅度控制
This skill increases your ground Threat with your attacks. That is, when
you attack a foe on the ground, that foe will be more likely to ignore
its current target and attack you. You must attack the target to
generate the extra Threat. The increase in Threat is always active and
cannot be deactivated, so you must be prepared for the additional
incoming damage. This skill also grants you a small passive Damage
Resistance bonus, to help compensate for the additional Threat. Note
that Threat generation from this skill will have no effect against
another player (PvP), however the bonus damage resistance still applies.
這項技能提升你的地面攻擊造成的威脅值. 這代表當你在地面上攻擊敵人時, 該
名敵人會比較容易忽略當前目標轉而攻擊你. 你必須要攻擊目標才能產生額外的

This skill improves all ground tactical abilities that buff your alies.
Only Buffs that affect your allies or buffs that affect yourself and
your allies are improved by this skill.
這項技能強化所有你作用於同伴的增益戰術能力. 只有作用於同伴們或是作用於
你自己和同伴們的增益效果才會受到這項技能強化.
Tactical Captains who learn 3 ranks of this Skill will unlock the
ability to train Bridge Officers in Tactical Team III.

Tactical Captains who learn 6 ranks of this Skill will unlock the
ability to train Bridge Officers in Overwatch II.

Willpower
意志力
This skill grants you resistance to Control effects on the ground. The
more points in this skill will increase your resistance to Hold, Stun,
Disable, Root, Slow, Placate, Confuse, Knock and Repel.
這項技能提供你在地面上抵抗控制效果的抗性. 這項技能的點數越高, 會提升越
多對定身, 昏迷, 癱瘓, 綁定, 緩速, 安撫, 混亂, 擊倒和擊退的抗性.

Advanced Tactics

This skill improves ground tactics debuff abilities.

Tactical Captains who learn 6 ranks of this Skill will unlock the
ability to train Bridge Officers in Suppressing Fire III.

Combat Armor
戰鬥護甲
This skill improves your ground Armor. This skill does not grant any
passive Damage Resistance, however it does improve the effective Damage
Resistance of any armor you are wearing.
這項技能提升你的地面護甲. 這項技能不提供任何被動傷害抗性, 但會提升你所
穿著的任何護甲傷害減免能力.
