好,為了實驗精神
我特別在禮拜五的時候打了兩通客服
禮拜一打了四通,以下是我的心得
1.每一通要撥進去幾乎都要十分鐘。
2.六通都是小姐接的。
3.基本上每個人都說要找人回應我,結果到現在沒回應。
4.我只是問他們事先為何沒有通知,每個人都只會說向上反應。
5.每個人都說有優惠,會把原先綁約的金額降價,但又說不出金額多少,
然後又說要找人回應我。
6.責任都推給頻道商,也不反省為何不事先通知下架
由以上心得我推測
1.中華電信客服根本滅不了火。
2.客服主要功能就是整理你的問題向上提,但是上面的人要不要理你根本沒在管。
3.只要客訴的人掛電話他們的工作就結束了。
中華電信我是覺得一直以來服務都還算不錯,
但這次這個火滅得有點蝦
