上次試圖翻譯一整篇結果神智都不知飄去哪了，錯誤一大堆，

How do you think this experience will change Bailey?
妳覺得這段經歷（季末槍擊）會如何改變貝莉？

WILSON: I was asking that same question: “Where does she go?” I think
George’s death last year stunned her in a way that she had to decide to keep
functioning and try not to get emotional or emotionally involved with her
co-workers. But for me, the image that never went away was that the barrel of
the gun was in her face. Normally if there’s blood and someone is shot you
go into doctor-mode. But she could never get the image of that gun out of her
head long enough to do her Dr. Bailey thing. It’ll be interesting to see if
that kind of fear still lives with her or comes back to revisit.

威爾森：我也曾想過同樣的問題：「她會怎麼樣？」我認為去年喬治的死亡
帶給她很多震撼，令她必須決定維持正常生活運作，並且竭力與同事在情感
上保持距離。但對我而言，被槍指著的那一幕，永遠不會在她腦海消失。通
常如果有人流血以及有人中槍，妳馬上進入醫生模式。但是她忘卻被槍威脅
的時間長度，卻不足以盡貝莉醫生該做的事。如果這種恐懼依然伴隨著她或
者再度造訪，將會是件有趣的事。


Shonda Rhimes originally planned to have Bailey get shot, but she couldn’t
go through with it.
Shonda Rhimes原本計畫讓貝莉中槍，可是她下不了手。

WILSON: I heard about that after the fact and I was like, “Wow.” [Laughs]
I don’t know what that would’ve been like to get hurt — for Bailey or for
me. Because just looking at the barrel of the gun was too much for me.

威爾森：我事後聽到過，而我的反應是「WOW（大笑）」。我不知道受傷是什
麼感覺，不管對貝莉或對我。因為光看著一把大槍就很夠瞧了。

Your onscreen love interest, Jason George, is starring in Rhimes’ new medical
drama Off the Map, which probably means no happy ending for Bailey and Ben.
Are you disappointed?
妳的螢幕情人Jason George正在拍Rhimes的新醫務劇Off the Map，非常可能
表示班和貝莉之間不會有快樂的結局。妳有沒有感到過失望？

WILSON: I honestly don’t know what that means. I don’t know what’s going to
happen to that relationship. There could be some happy ending that we don’t
know anything about. [Map] is a midseason show, so there will be [some time]
for him to [work on Grey's].

威爾森：我真的不知道那代表什麼。我不知道這段感情之間將會發生什麼，也
可能有快樂結局，但我們什麼都不知道。Map是和GA兩部戲不同季，所以他還是
可以回來拍GA。

What are you doing over your hiatus?
這空檔你在做什麼？

WILSON: I’m actually having a hiatus. [Laughs] I forget to do that sometimes.
So this year I said I wasn’t going to worry about whether they ask me back
next season. I’m just going to sit down and take a break. I’m going to be
a mom and go to a PTA meeting — all the things that I, unfortunately, miss
out on during a year.

威爾森：我還真的有空檔！（大笑）我常常忘記，所以今年我對自己說，不用
擔心他們是否會要求我回到下一季。我只要坐著並且休息。我將當個媽媽以及
參加家長會-----這些是我過去很不幸常錯過的。

Did you receive your official pickup letter from ABC?
妳收到ABC的官方續約文件了嗎？

WILSON: I did. I finally received it last week. I was like, “That took long
enough!” [Laughs]

威爾森：我收到了。終於在上個禮拜收到文件，「真夠久了！」（大笑）

Did you really have anxiety about that?
妳有對此感到焦慮嗎？

WILSON: It’s not even anxiety. It’s just the reality of what we do. I never
get so comfortable that I ever forget that. What we do as actors is really
about decisions that get made in rooms with desks. And people change their
minds all the time about things. Or get brilliant ideas like, “Hey, I think
Bailey should die this year! It’ll be a 10-part arc and everybody will cry!”
[Laughs] You have no control over that as an actor. So you make the most of
it and you learn as much as you can.

威爾森：那根本不算焦慮，只是現實。這種不自在感我從來沒忘記過。房間裡的
決策決定了演員，而人們總是在改變想法，或者來個天才點子像是「嘿，我覺得
今年應該讓貝莉死，It’ll be a 10-part arc（這我不會翻…）而且一大堆人
會落淚！」（大笑）身為一個演員，你無法控制這些。所以你發揮到最大，也儘
可能的學習。

We hear so much about actors wanting to leave Grey’s. It’s refreshing to hear from someone who actually wants to stay.
我們聽到很多演員想離開GA，聽到有人非常想留在GA，真振奮。

WILSON: I don’t understand it at all. [Laughs] It’s a little cliché to say
this, but a job like this is difficult to come by. And there’s always
something else to learn.

威爾森：我不太懂（大笑）。我知道說這個很老梗，但像這樣的工作真的很難找！
而且總是有很多東西可以學。
