關於電影節 About the Festival/
interfilm成立於1982年，是世界最重要最大的短片電影節之一。 從每年收到的7000多短
片電影（每影片長度不超過20分鐘），interfilm會選取大概500部電影，分成不同的主題
。影節的競賽專案包括國際影片競賽、德國影片競賽、紀錄片競賽、少年兒童影片競賽、
環境保護影片競賽等等。每年一個不同的國家會作為影節的特殊節目重點。此外，節目重
點也包括動畫片、音樂片、廣告片、實驗片、歷史片和影片回顧。Interfilm Forum給電
影導演和製片人提供認識行業人以及商定合作計畫的機會。每年的短片電影節都有600多
位來自50多個國家的行業嘉賓。除21000多名現場觀眾之外，還有幾萬網路觀眾。

Established in 1982, interfilm has established itself as one of the most
important short film festivals in Europe. It is the second oldest German
short film festival (after Oberhausen), and is recognised as the second most
significant and oldest international film festival in Berlin after the
Berlinale. More than 7000 films with a maximum running time of 20 minutes are
submitted each year. Of those, approximately 500 films are selected and
organised into different thematic programs. These include; international,
German, animation, documentary and children’s films. 'Focus On' highlights
productions from specific countries or regions. Beyond that there are also
special sections devoted to areas such as music videos, commercials,
experimental films, historical films and retrospectives.

關於電影節主席 About the Festival Director/
Heinz Hermanns 海因茨・赫曼斯
海因茨・赫曼斯出生於德國杜伊斯堡。曾在德國柏林與義大利烏爾比諾攻讀政治。1981年
他創立了柏林Eiszeit電影院。1986年他主辦了柏林國際紀錄片電影節。從1982年開始，
他指導柏林interfilm短片電影節和短片電影發行公司。從1990到1996年赫曼斯為義大利
卡塔尼亞Pollicino短片電影節聯合主辦人。2001年他創立了柏林Going Underground地鐵
短片電影節，也合創了柏林Zebra詩歌短片電影節。從2010到2014他為中國深圳廣播電影
電視集團舉行的中國國際新媒體短片節擔任節目與國際關係顧問及國際嘉賓協調人。2014
年他創建與主辦了中國寧波Short Visions短片電影競賽。赫曼斯和世界各地的短片電影
節合作，為許多國際影節擔任評獎委員。他每年在馬達加斯加的安塔那那利佛
Rencontres du Film Court短片電影節以及臺灣臺南39小時拍片競賽期間舉辦短片藝術講
座。他還邀請該兩影節的獲獎者到德國的柏林電影院學習。赫曼斯是AG Kurz Film這個代
表德國短片機構的創始成員，也是Green Film Network的創始成員，後者是國際電影節組
織的一個關注環境保護的機構。赫曼斯有製片人與導演的經驗。除短片電影之外，他為
ZDF（德國電視二台）拍了一部長片。
