有一天，希望進行剖腹產後的自然分娩的孕婦蓮（安めぐみ）來找サクラ看診。
蓮希望下一次的生產無論如何都要透過產道生產。
以蓮的希望為優先考量的サクラ，與考慮到有子宮破裂的危險、
容易引發緊急狀況的高風險的四宮（星野源），產生激烈的意見對立。
