剛剛看到張奶奶煮酒釀湯圓給茜茜吃
忍不住想起每到冬天時
外婆就會拿一大罐自己做的甜酒釀到家裡來
讓我們煮甜酒釀湯圓吃
材料:冷凍湯圓,甜酒釀,蛋,糖
作法:
首先將一鍋水煮到滾開,
再放入冷凍的湯圓數粒
過幾分鐘後湯圓變Q有點浮起時
就可以打個蛋花下去
這時候就可以關火了
接著放入兩大湯匙的甜酒釀
(甜酒釀裡的糯米跟湯都要放喔)
再按照個人喜好加糖,
如果覺得酒釀本身夠甜就不用再加糖了
這樣就可以享用好吃的甜酒釀湯圓了!
ps.建議關火之後再放酒釀的原因是因為酒釀煮太久的話,
不但會變比較酸, 營養也會流失喔!
另外再補充看光陰的姊妹們一個酒釀的簡單料理
也是滋補養顏以及豐胸祕方
材料:酒釀、蛋、糖。
作法:在滾水中打進一顆蛋即可熄火,
蛋的熟度可以依個人喜好,
酒釀不要煮,蛋煮好後關火再加入酒釀
再加一點點糖,即可食用。
