《魚肉餃子》
材料﹕
●外皮:
中筋麵粉300克﹐水180克
●內餡:
魚肉500克﹐肥肉絞80克﹐韭菜100克﹐蔥二根﹐薑末一大匙
調味料:
鹽半茶匙﹐鮮雞精一茶匙﹐胡椒粉半茶匙﹐香油一茶匙
作法:
★在魚的頭、尾、腹、背各劃一刀,片下魚肉並去除魚皮部分。
★魚肉剁成泥,加入少許肥絞肉、鮮雞精、鹽及水,攪打至有黏性
,再加入蔥、薑拌勻備用。
★麵粉加水揉成光滑麵糰,醒約廿分鐘,分成四十等份,並桿成水
餃皮備用。
★將韭菜末加入拌好的肉餡中,加入少許香油拌勻﹐以麵皮包上餡
料,收口捏緊成餃子狀。
★將水餃放入沸水內,等水滾沸後加入一杯水,蓋上鍋蓋,等水再
次滾沸後即可撈出水餃盛盤。

其實我還蠻好奇魚肉餃子味道如何?所以去找了食譜打算有空來做做看...
但我是個懶惰的人,所以水餃皮會去親戚家拿現成的!(他們家在賣餃子)
對於喜歡吃魚的人來說這應該是不錯的選擇吧~
ps.內餡我會考慮再加一點酒去腥,肥肉絞換成半肥半瘦肉,調味料的鮮雞精換成魚湯凍
