前幾天看到仲群逃漏稅被抓真的很傻眼
民視怎麼連基本法律常識都沒有= =
除非仲群是董事(主管不算噢)
若他只是職員或是部門主管
就算他真的逃漏稅 也不會被抓
因為職員的違法行為由法人(公司)來吸收
等於是這間公司犯法
然後由公司代表人或是管理人(董事長或是董事 且主要是董事長)出來負責
