1.When Monica returns to the nurse to ask for another form
you can clearly see that she is using a pencil,
so there was no need for Monica to get another form.
當莫妮卡回去找護士要另一張表格時，

所以根本就沒必要去拿另一張表格。

2.When Phoebe goes to see Ursula at Riff's,
there's a shot of the outside of the café.
You can clearly see the "Riff's" sign move
as it's superimposed on top of the picture.
There's a man that walks past the camera as well,
and the sign can be clearly seen on him when he walks by.

When the camera angle changes her hands are on the couch,
and in the next shot her hands are in her lap.

4.Rachel is limping in the hospital for the first time.
When she gets back home, she walks perfectly fine.
Then in the hospital, she starts to limp again.

5.When Phoebe and Ursula are talking at Riff's,
Phoebe's birthday present bag disappears when she moves towards the table.
The bag fazes out when she gets to close to the split screen
that is used when portraying two characters at once.

Continuity: (劇情不連貫)

Phoebe's birthday is inconsistent.
In "The One with Frank Jr." Phoebe tells her half-brother that
her birthday is February 16th.
Also, in "The One with Two Parts (2)"
Phoebe has a birthday party in February.
However, in "The One Where Nana Dies Twice"
Rachel talks about Phoebe's last birthday party.
Since Rachel first met Phoebe earlier that season,
this implies that Phoebe's birthday must have occurred since September,
when Rachel first joined the group.
Also, in "The One with Phoebe's Birthday Dinner",
Phoebe's birthday is close to Halloween, consistent with Rachel's statement.
Furthermore, in "The One Where They All Turn Thirty",
the flashbacks of Phoebe's 30th birthday imply her birthday is in the summer.

NOTES (冷知識):

1.When the show was first in casting, the producers wanted Courteney Cox
to play the role of Rachel; however, she refused and asked to play Monica.
In this episode, Courteney pretends to be Rachel as an attempt to
commit insurance fraud.
本季在選角時原本要寇特妮演瑞秋，但她拒絕而要求演莫妮卡。
本集他假扮瑞秋以規避保險制度，算是圓劇組的夢吧。

2.George Clooney and Noah Wyle are credited as "Special Appearances."

10.When playing Scrabble, Ross tells Phoebe that he doesn't think
"scrunchy" is a word. It is, defined as
"an elastic band covered with gathered fabric, used to fasten the hair,
as in a ponytail". It can also be spelled "scrunchie".
玩拼字遊戲時，Ross告訴菲碧他不認為有"scrunchy"這個單字，事實上是有的。

11.Monica and Rachel were attempting to commit insurance fraud.
In reality, while checking in all patients must provide ID
unless it is an immediate emergency.

they cannot turn away an obviously injured person

Rachel would have been treated and the issue of payment dealt with later.
